1. Introduction

By using ContentCast, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use our services provided by ContentCast, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

3. License for Use

ContentCast provides software services to users under this License. While this License offers broad usage rights, ContentCast reserves the right to terminate the License at any time without notice, especially in cases of misuse or breach of terms.

4. Renewals, Refunds, and Cancellation.

The product is subscription based. The subscriptions automatically renew each month or each year, and you agree that Company may process your credit card payment on your renewal date. You may elect to cancel your Subscription at any time by visiting the the Subscriptions page inside of the web application and you will no longer be charged going forward. Subscriptions are not subject to refund.

5. Disclaimer

ContentCast does not guarantee that the services will meet your specific requirements or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

ContentCast shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services, even if ContentCast has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid by you for the service.

7. Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the content they create using ContentCast's services. ContentCast assumes no responsibility for user-generated content.

8. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action related to these terms will be filed only in the competent courts located in Denmark.
